And here's some video of Kuma's bear fart hyper combo in action:
As if I wasn't already excited enough for Street Fighter X Tekken... NOW I'M SUPER PSYCHED!!! The impact animations have Kirby krackles in them AND Kuma's gonna be farting on every Street Fighter character in the lineup. Ahhhhh I love fighting games.
Neal saw OK Go and loved it, Nick reviews the DC Comics Fandex and thinks Rambo: First Blood is boring (Serpico too), Justique listened to Spotlight (meh) by Gucci Mane with Usher and Summertime (yeah!) by Dead Prez and DJ Green Lantern, Super Street Fighter IV rules but Street Fighter IV on the iPhone rules more, and Neals says watch The Puzzle Maker's Son.
Avatar money, Nick hates best of decade lists, Ross suggests we make worst of the decade lists, more Tron, the characters from Street Fighter IV vs. Super Street Fighter IV vs. Street Fighter III vs. Guilty Gear X vs. Mortal Kombat, Homer and Ned and the nacho hat, and creepyimages of Cammyhaunt us after the end theme.
IT REALLY EXISTS! The Street Fighter snuggie or cozy or whatever you wanna call it is not a myth and can be purchased (not online right now, but at least in stores).
Justique and I searched the Internet for one of these babies but couldn't find one. Only thing we could find was people talking about them, not selling them.
I read somewhere that you could find them at Hot Topic, but I ended up buying the last one at Spencer's today (HT didn't even have them, but they did tell us to go to Spencer's, so good looking out HT lady).
Anyway, not only was I pumped to find one of these Street Fighter "fleece blankets with sleeves," but I managed to score the version that I liked from the Capcom post back in November (see Cozy Number 2).
Awesome art by Stanley "Artgerm" Lau. Sadly, this is it for Street Fighter Month. But things get explosive next Sunday as Hyper Combo Wallpaper introduces War Machine Month!
For the first time in forever, we begin by talking about music as Neal tells about a hip hop show he hit up featuring Prophit and COTN, then it's Joss Stone, Teddy Riley, foobar2000 vs. Winamp vs. iTunes, the Street Fighter II instrumental album, Neal's deep thoughts on TV, Jean-Claude Van Damme in The Quest, The Postman, Blast!, TMNT purchased by Nickelodeon... will they @#$% it up like Avatar? AND what will Neal dress up as for Halloween??? Plus, a lot of stuff about comics, from the Turtles to Blue Wraith (more next week!) and Phantom of the Attic.
