Over on our new Podcasts* page, you can now download the Nik Furious podcast themes from all of our shows... for free! Both the full versions and the edited podcast versions are available.

But remember -- just because these songs are free doesn't mean that you can use them for whatever you want! These songs are only for personal use and not for public broadcast of any kind (including other podcasts) without consent from Nick Marino a.k.a. Nik Furious a.k.a. me.

Anyway, these downloads are now available because I've decided to leave iTunes and Amazon and release all of my music for free from my website. Click here for more about my decision (and find out what you can expect from Nik Furious in 2012).

*For more about our new Podcasts page, as well as our updated About section, stop back here on Sunday, January 1st, 2012.

For those of you out there who have no idea what I just said, I'll break it down even easier: they put the kick drum sound first (like most music), but they also let it hit at the same time the snare hits. Basically, they put dance drums under hip hop loops. I know this is not a big deal whatsoever, but it was a EUREKA to me at the time! Bonus points to anyone out there who knows where this title came from... hopefully we'll get a glimpse of its namesake on May 7th, 2010.

Remix the Phoenix, an original instrumental song by Nik Furious. Sound familiar? It should. After a few months of listening to Phoenix Bay, I decided that the song was missing something(s). So I went back in and added some extra percussion and synths. Then I redid the levels. And VOILA! Phoenix Bay has become Remix the Phoenix. It's much hotter now, if you ask me.

<itunes:summary>Remix the Phoenix, an original instrumental song by Nik Furious. Sound familiar? It should. Way back in Beatcast #5, I debuted a track called Phoenix Bay. After a few months of listening to Phoenix Bay, I decided that the song was missing something(s). So I went back in and added some extra percussion and synths. Then I redid the levels. And VOILA! Phoenix Bay has become Remix the Phoenix. It's much hotter now, if you ask me.
EDIT: Sorry! This full track has been removed. But never fear! Soon you'll be able to download it on NickMarino.net. In the meantime, you can stream it here.
