Frank Sanchez says "Fuck Yeah!"
Frank Sanchez wants to bust on your face while you let his acoustic song, Bust On Your Face, bust in your ears.
Superior Tech, an excellent instrumental electro-funk beat by Nik Furious. Marvel vs. Capcom lovers will recognize the title of this track... at least, I hope they do!!! If you don't, well, there aren't THAT many characters in the Marvel vs. Capcom series that could be related to technology. If you follow this blog whatsoever, then it should be pretty obvious which character I'm talking about. That's sort of a trick statement though because TWO of the characters from the MvC series have a connection to the phrase "superior tech." Does that help you figure it out?
Spider-Man Vs. Xandu feat. Scott, an original rock song by Nik Furious. Three weeks ago, I brought you the instrumental version of this song in Beatcast #18 - Wallcrawler. This vocal version was recorded back in the summer of 2005 as the soundtrack / theme to a short video of the same name. The video sucked, but it was funny. It was on YouTube and got a bunch of hits, but it was taken down because it featured a mild bit of nudity. If everything goes right, though, I'll have it back up in the near future.
Silver Centurion, an instrumental song by Nik Furious. I had a (mild) musician breakthrough while making this track. I realized how Daft Punk gets their hip-hop-meets-electronica sound: they put the kick drum on the one and the three. For those of you out there who have no idea what I just said, I'll break it down even easier: they put the kick drum sound first (like most music), but they also let it hit at the same time the snare hits. Basically, they put dance drums under hip hop loops. I know this is not a big deal whatsoever, but it was a EUREKA to me at the time! Bonus points to anyone out there who knows where this title came from... hopefully we'll get a glimpse of its namesake on May 7th, 2010.
Remix the Phoenix, an original instrumental song by Nik Furious. Sound familiar? It should. Way back in Beatcast #5, I debuted a track called Phoenix Bay. After a few months of listening to Phoenix Bay, I decided that the song was missing something(s). So I went back in and added some extra percussion and synths. Then I redid the levels. And VOILA! Phoenix Bay has become Remix the Phoenix. It's much hotter now, if you ask me.

Wallcrawler, an original instrumental rock song by Nik Furious. This title is so obvious... I mean, we're talking "Friendly Neighborhood" obvious!!! Also, this song will be back, with vocals (and a mildly interesting story), in three weeks. [And here it is.]
EDIT: Sorry! This full track has been removed. But never fear! Soon you'll be able to download it on NickMarino.net. In the meantime, you can stream it here.
