Hsien-Ko is a geong si/kuang shi, and the paper is called a dzi dzat which has magic symbols written on it and is stuck on the corpse's head to reanimate it.
man, i think Cammy's Shadowloo outfit is so much better than her regular green one. i love the blue sweater-texture, the little tie, the lightning bolts, the hat... so much more stylish than her green one.
this is my favorite Cammy costume -- the classic look, but it's gotta have the white bodysuit with pink hat/gloves!:
