Dick's got some great movie adaptations, but don't forget the lackluster Minority Report and the near-unwatchable A Scanner Darkly. another pretty good one, i don't think i'd call it gold though, is Next.
wtf, are you guys still saying "seeg"?!?
dude. minority report was both a decent execution - and a great interpretation of what future multitouch technology could do.
and seegs are part of ASVE - or AudioShocker Vernacular English.
SEEEEEG!!!!!!!!
Minority Report blows. and i gotta see Next now!
AudioShocker Shoutouts!

Nick, thanks for showing Blue Wraith some love! Hopefully you didn't shit yourself too badly...
I didn't think Minority Report was terrible, but it did meander in some parts. BTW, I graduated from high school with the actor who plays the nerdy-looking caretaker of the pre-cogs. He was also played the nerdy-looking friend of Robin Williams in Patch Adams.
Also, on absolutely no one's recommendation, I watched The Slammin' Salmon a couple of months ago. It was watchable, but just once.
if Slammin Salmon came on TV when i was bored or i saw it on Netflix streaming and i didn't have anything else to watch, i would see it again. i certainly wouldn't go out of my way for it, but it's good.
so far, for me, this summer has been great for comedy movies -- The Other Guys, Schmucks, Salmon. kinda like how the winter was great for me for action -- Ninja Assassin, Daybreakers, Repo Men
