i think this time i really dug the morbid one. loved SH.
thx neal!!! i prefer this week's morbid as well. anyway, hopefully you'll dig Time Log even more than SH. the story is far more continuous than Super Haters and it should have some pretty funny moments.

But, Nick, that's the phoniest sounding plug for Time Log I've read yet--seems like you and Neal planned this ahead of time and are both commenting in radio commercial voices.
People! Even if you don't buy into Nick's hype, know that Time Log is going to be way better than Super Haters was! It's a totally awesome and totally continuous story! And Nick is way better drawn in TL than he was in this last sequence of SH!

haha. i can't decide which version i like, they're both good. i like how the explosion has a different color in each one; "hmm, i better make the nuclear explosion yellow in the Morbid version. that makes more sense." heh.
okay, first off @Pete: the plug is genuine!! twas not planned nor canned! and i don't think it's fair to say Time Log is "better"... it's just different.. and less moronic... and more thoughtful... with better art... and a stronger plot.
@Ross: look, the explosion ALWAYS changes color. in fact, i'm proud to say that i don't think the explosion has been the same color in any two strips, ever since it was first used in #46: http://www.audioshocker.com/2010/05/20/super-haters-46-spring-cleaning
plus, this one had to be green. it's an exploding cactus.
hahaha they're both great, but i have to go with the morbid variant just because i lol'ed at Nick being in the bed XD

I Love that Mind's eye is not just friendly to, but seems to know Nick. And i didn't know that Mind's eye and Destruct-o-tron lived in The Sound of Music! Great Scenery in the window.
The morbid variant makes me laugh even when i'm not looking at it. Silly Destruct-o-tron doesn't remember that he slept (or sleeps?) with Nick. Hilarious!
Yes, Nick, I didn't mean better (I just meant "involving me!"). But, the punch line of you being in bed with Destruct-o-tron, that'll be hard to top.

@Justique: the hills are alive! anyway, i met Destruct-O-Tron at a bar and he took me back to his place. thing is, he had a little too much to drink, and to top it off, he ate some flaming nachos before we went to sleep = instant nightmare!!!
