this was a consensus list between Justique and i. she voted in Urien, so you gotta take it up with her. i suggested Makoto, but honestly, i don’t personally care much for fighting with Makoto (YET, at least… i’ve only fought with her a couple times). in general, i think most of the SF III: Third Strike characters are kinda slow / clunky. but i’ve played the first version of SF III way more than the second or third one, so maybe this list is biased towards that.
Pretty sure that Neal told me he hates math, just sayin’.
