Bruce Willis TOTALLY made a kids movie - 2000's The Kid - and he was in 2007's Nancy Drew movie.

    THE THEORY ABIDES.

i'm kind of live-blogging over here as i listen. GODDAMMIT nick, you don't like jingle all the way, that is fucked up, man. the part where arnold rips up the cardboard cutout?! EAT SHIT, nick.

don't forget that Kindergarten Cop, arnold's family-type movie, was made during his heyday, so it wasn't spurred by an ailing career or anything.

i was about to say vin diesel fits that scenario, too, but then i realized his family flick, the criminally underrated and INCREDIBLE FILM the Pacifier, i think was in response to his career woes since it came out right after Chronicles of Riddick, another masterpiece, which was a huge flop.

Pacifier was written by the State / Reno 911 guys, so it ought to be good. i loved their movie Balls of Fury.
