Avatar discussed! Was the 3D necessary? Were the "native" aliens too simplistic? Was the movie anti-technology? Why am I phrasing everything in the form of a question? Also: Street Fighter snuggie, Pam Grier in Coffy and Friday Foster, and Ross reveals his secret fan infatuation.
Perhaps this really belongs in one of Pete's columns, but it has been bugging me all week. What on earth are we going to call this decade? The teens? The tens? The one-X's? I don't have a good handle on this sort of thing. Case in point: I hadn't even heard of the phrase the 'aughties' until about 5 days ago.
I'm asking you, AudioShocker fans to please enlighten me, because I am really in the dark here. What are we dubbing the next ten years? And for that matter, do you expect things to be any different? (I'm still waiting on that flying car, btw)

IT REALLY EXISTS! The Street Fighter snuggie or cozy or whatever you wanna call it is not a myth and can be purchased (not online right now, but at least in stores).
Justique and I searched the Internet for one of these babies but couldn't find one. Only thing we could find was people talking about them, not selling them.
I read somewhere that you could find them at Hot Topic, but I ended up buying the last one at Spencer's today (HT didn't even have them, but they did tell us to go to Spencer's, so good looking out HT lady).
Anyway, not only was I pumped to find one of these Street Fighter "fleece blankets with sleeves," but I managed to score the version that I liked from the Capcom post back in November (see Cozy Number 2).

Merry X-mas from the AudioShocker family. We hope you are spending this coldass day huggin up by the fire with someone you love (or in Pete's case, a very attractive - and very open bottle of Glenfiddich). We also hope you got a ton of awesome recession-appropriate gifts.
In keeping with this general outpouring of magnanimosity, I just wanted to let you know that the AS Crew is working on a ridiculously awesome holiday present for all of you out there. I mean, this may be the best thing we've ever given away.
