Dux is obviously Guile, and interesting because Van Damme played both of them. the baddie is named Chong Li, not too far of a stretch from Chun-Li. the Chong Li character reminds me a lot of Akuma. and then there's all the other international fighters in the movie, with a sort of non-stereotyped Punch Out / SF style. saw Bloodsport the other day and that movie was a huge inspiration on Street Fighter II in my opinion.
