That makes me think - who could have pulled off E Honda? Would they cast him as an old school big Sumo dude like the games, or just someone thick and ripped?
Obviously you could do it with prosthetics, fat suits, or CG - but is there a popular Asian actor (in Hollywood movies) out there carrying some extra pounds? (Chow Yun FAT? BOO-YAH!)
it would be a toughy to cast. for a leading man, i can't think of anyone that could pull it off that's well known here in the states.
