Shit. Shit. Shit. I have reached the end of my Netflix queue. I have Sneakers and Wall-E at home, but that's about it. And while my Roku player is queued up with Van Damme movies, you really have to be in the mood for The Muscles From Brussels.

So what do I do? I'm into stand up, comedies, foreign, Almodovar (homeboy is in a class by himself), not-horror, superhero movies, drama, TV stuff, remakes, and hell - I even watch romcoms. I'm not into super old stuff - but I can appreciate it.
I need to re-up my queue, and QUICK! I am calling on all AudioShockers for help.

These are all good and most people haven't heard of them.
D.E.B.S. - A lesbian spy movie. Despite that, it's awesome.
The Baxter - a romantic comedy spoof by ex-members of The State.
Shoot 'Em Up - Pure Awesome
The Thin Man movies - a pair of witty drunks solve murders.
comedy recommendations:
Balls Out: Gary the Tennis Coach - Seann William Scott
Irish Jam - Eddie Griffin
Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead - Gary Oldman, Tim Roth
The Ladykillers - Clooney, Marlon Wayans
action suggestions:
Posse - Mario Van Peebles
Nick of Time - Johnny Depp, Christopher Walken
Out of Sight - Clooney, J-Lo
haha. Thanks for all the recommendations. I've seen about half of these.
I was just telling someone to watch D.E.B.S on Monday - as we discussed the hotness that is Jordana Brewster.
Balls Out is in my queue, but there is a wait for it! I saw Rosencrantz And Guildenstern are dead - on stage - and hated it. I made out with my girlfriend the whole time instead. (The actors LOVED that) And Out of Sight was def a good flick, but Ladykillers was some bullshit.
AudioShocker Shoutouts!

Oh my god, D.E.B.S. is awesome! Sadly, I've only seen it on tv and I keep missing the first half hour.
Rosencrantz and Guildenstern is my favorite play (by a narrow margin over Importance of Being Earnest and The History Boys [actually, rent the movie version of The History Boys -- same cast and director, a really good translation]). Neal, are you talking about the trip in high school when the British Studies classes saw it at Long Wharf? I don't remember you being there, but I do remember having the following conversation with someone at intermission:
Out of Sight is some seriously underrated shit -- remember when J.Lo had potential?
No, it wasn't the same trip. Liz's or my parents gave us their mid-week tickets.
Television:
Rainer Werner Fassbinder's Berlin Alexanderplatz: it's nearly 20 hours of content across seven discs, should take up some quality queue-space, is the dude's magnum opus, and will fucking rock your world (so long as you don't mind reading sub-titles).
Action:
Takashi Miike's Dead or Alive Trilogy: the first is way better than the second two, but their all quite unique and twisted in their own special ways.
Also, Crank: this movie is awesome.
Or Ong-Bak: Thai Warrior and/or The Protector: also completely awesome.
If you want to see a movie that you'll be unable to unsee, watch Irreversible, but I can't actually "recommend" it as such.

wait, i don't know where i just got this idea from... but what about HOME ALONE???
the baxter was alright. i have a 24 hour crush on michelle williams now.
i stayed away from it, as much as i love The State. would i like it?
AudioShocker Shoutouts!

perhaps - it is much less funny than Wet Hot American Summer. I mean, it does not compare, but it is entertaining.
compared to The Ten?
did not see that one
AudioShocker Shoutouts!

i thought you did... must have been Pete who saw it.
I saw The Ten. It was funny. Especially the Jesus story.
