As a further update, someone stole the light bulb from the walkway right in front of my apartment! Evil is afoot!

That's an amazing poster. It doesn't necessarily mean illicit happenings have happened in Pete's condo community but it foreshadows illicit happenings to come. Personally my money is on "accidental exorcism-related smothering of a troubled teen".
