   In case you missed it,
   The Brockmeyer, a sammich:
   ---------------
   1x pita bread
   1x sausage link
   1/2 sliced onion
   your favorite special sauce (Tabasco, BBQ, hell even a bleu cheese vinaigrette works nicely)
   shredded cheese
   ---------------
   heat the grill up to a medium heat
   butterfly the link and throw it on the grill with the onion slices
   grill that baby for about 10 minutes, flip halfway through
   move onions and link to a cooler portion of the grill, grill pita for 2 minutes
   fold the link and onions into the pita
   sprinkle with cheese and add a few squirts of your special sauce.

   Cram that sammich in your big maw and enjoy! -- serves 1

   In between meetings, my afternoon green tea break and some peanut m&m's, I thoroughly enjoyed the podcast.
